Update - May 26th, 2020

Due to ongoing delivery delays with USPS (see below), we have switched most of our shipping to FedEx. We are currently seeing orders delivered within our normal timeframes (5-10 business days). Even with this change - carrier delays are still possible during this time, though it is much less likely. Update - May 7th, 2020

We are currently experiencing longer delivery times due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19. We're seeing some USPS orders take up to 4 weeks to be delivered in the continental United States with very few tracking updates, due to the USPS hub in Detroit (where we ship from) being hit particularly hard by COVID-19. There is not much we can do about these USPS issues, but we are committed to ensuring you have a positive customer experience. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your orders.

Are you still shipping orders?

Yes, we are processing and shipping orders as normal.

I ordered before May 26th — will my shipment be delayed?

Yes, it's likely. We've seen significant delays with most USPS shipments, as well as tracking issues (see "Pre-Shipment" below). 

We ask for your patience as we're seeing almost all of our orders continue to be delivered. They are just taking longer than usual. 

My tracking is not updating and/or is stuck in PRE-SHIPMENT! Help!

Your package is still on its way. Due to the issues at the USPS hub in Detroit (where we shipped from), packages were not being scanned on arrival and this has resulted in delays and tracking issues.

If you ordered between April 12 - May 26, you will likely have "Pre-Shipment - USPS Awaiting Item" on your tracking right up to the day of delivery. We understand how frustrating this can be and apologize for the inconvenience.

Please be assured that your package is on its way and if there is any issue with delivery, we will gladly refund/replace your print. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your orders.

How can I get a refund or replacement?

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and we will always refund or replace your prints for any reason if you’re not completely satisfied. Please contact us and we’ll do what we can to make things right.

If you're asking for a refund because it hasn't arrived, we just ask that you wait at least 15 business days before submitting a refund request (if possible). We are seeing orders continue to be delivered — just taking longer than usual.

Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 we are not able to guarantee delivery by certain dates. If you need something urgently we don’t recommend purchasing at this time.
