We have collected a list of most frequently asked questions along with the answers for your convenience. If you cannot find the answers to your questions below, please send us a message over at the contact us page. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible so you get the answer you're looking for.


How much is shipping?

We charge a flat $5 shipping rate for US customers. 

International shipping rates range from $6.95-$45.95 depending on the weight and size of the product as well as the destination.  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We're excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. 
*Please note that any duties and/or taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and will not be refunded/reimbursed by God's fingerprints. We suggest looking up info from your local customs office for current charges before placing an order.

How long does shipping take?

We will always process orders within 2-7 business days, then ship via USPS or FedEx. Shipping speed varies depending on destination:

USA                          3-5 business days
Canada                   5-10 business days
International      10-20 business days

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Are your prices in USD?

All our prices are in USD. We recommend checking the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what you'll be charged in your currency.

What if I need to change/cancel my order?

No worries! Changes/cancels can be made anytime within 12 hours after the order is placed. Please contact us with your name, order number and request. We'll be more than happy to make those changes for you. Note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

What if I need to change my address?

No problem! Changes can be made anytime within 12 hours after the order is placed. Please contact us with your name, order number and new address. We'll be more than happy to make those changes for you.  Note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Where's my package?

For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email. If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact the carrier.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with anything you order from God's fingerprints. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The cost of shipping an item back is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged.

What if my order is damaged?

In the rare case your product is damaged, we will ship you out a replacement at no additional cost. All you need to do is send us a photo of of the product and the issue.
