Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world and have customers in over 75 countries (We don't currently ship to: South Africa, China and United Arab Emirates, and more).
Where do you ship from?
All products are shipped by us from our studio in downtown Frederick, MD, USA.
Will my entire order ship together?
Your art prints may arrive in different packages.
We ship large art prints in tubes (anything larger than 11" x 14") and smaller art prints in sturdy envelopes. Additionally, if you order a large quantity of prints we may separate them into multiple packages. We do this to ensure each print arrives in the best possible condition.
This is at no additional cost to you. Please allow a few days for your order to fully arrive.
What does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 (USA only).
On all other orders, we offer flat rate shipping:
|USA||$5 flat rate (free shipping over $100)|
|Canada||$20 flat rate|
|United Kingdom||$25 flat rate|
|Australia||$30 flat rate|
|International||$25 - $30 flat rates (depending on location)|

Can I send prints in my order to 2 different addresses?
No, we can only send prints to one address. If you'd like to ship to 2 different addresses, you'll need to place 2 orders.
I have very specific delivery instructions. What do I do?
Unfortunately we are unable to handle these types of requests. If you require specific delivery instructions, you must submit this request to USPS directly by clicking here.
I live outside of the USA, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?
Most likely, but not always. Each country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We suggest checking out a Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when your package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow up to 24hrs for the link to activate. For international orders, once the package leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order — please send an email within 12 hours to support@Godsfingerprints.co. We cannot guarantee changes after that time frame, as we strive to send out packages promptly. Unfortunately once the items have shipped changes cannot be made.

Where are your products made?
We are committed to ensuring all our products are produced ethically and with excellence. That's why all our products are printed and produced in the USA.
What type of paper do you use?
We use high quality art paper for all our prints. It varies on the print, but they range from 60-90lbs weight (thickness), which gives them a substantial feel in your hand. Most of our prints are printed on bright white paper, with the exception of the 18x24 Screenprint, which is printed on warm white paper.
What type of printing process do you use?
We work closely with artisan printers to print all our letterpress, foil and screenprint editions, ensuring every print is produced at the highest quality possible. We print all our watercolor artworks as giclée prints and do that in-house at our studio.
Do you offer framing options?
We offer hanging frames in 17" and 19", which you can purchase here. These frames fit all our 16" x 20" and 18" x 24" prints. We do not currently offer frames for any other sizes at the moment.
We also plan to offer full frame options in the future. If you'd like to be notified when it becomes available, please sign-up to our mailing list.
If you're looking for full frames for your prints, we recommend finding a professional frame shop for the best results. You can also find great options at Hobby Lobby, Michaels or Amazon.
Will the Limited Edition be available again?
Once a limited edition is gone, it's gone. We will never re-release a limited edition in the same size or translation. However, we may offer the same artwork in a unique and different edition in the future, (ie different size, translation, foil color).
How do I flatten my art print?
Framing your art print will naturally flatten the print. However, if you want to flatten it before doing this, we recommend laying it flat under heavy objects for several days.
I would like to see your products in my shop. Do you sell wholesale?
Not at the moment, but we are considering it for the future. If you'd like to be notified when that happens, you can sign up here to the waitlist.
Can you create custom artwork for me or my store?
We are truly honored you would ask. However, we are not taking any custom commissions at this time. It's something we may offer in the future. You can subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram if you'd like to be the first to know.
