100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from God's fingerprints, so please contact us at support@Godsfingerprints.co if you have any issues with your order. We will do our best to make things right.

Refund Window

If you have any issues with your order, you must let us know within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund. 

Damaged Prints

In the event that a print gets damaged in transit, a replacement request must be made within 30 days and must be accompanied with photos of the damaged item (as well as the packaging). Once we receive this documentation, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Final Sale Items

Items that are not eligible for a refund or exchange are Final Stock Prints as well as Reclaimed and Redeemed Prints.

Lost in Transit

In the event that a package gets lost in transit, we will wait 3 weeks for US orders and 45 days for International orders to confirm the package is indeed lost. Once that timeframe has passed, if the package still hasn't arrived – we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Wrong Address

God's fingerprints is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses that are incorrectly entered at check out. We will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address 🙏
