We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from God's fingerprints, please contact us at support@Godsfingerprints.co if you have any issues with your order. We will do our best to make things right.
Refund Window
If you have any issues with your order, you must let us know within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
Damaged Prints
In the event that a print gets damaged in transit, a replacement request must be made within 30 days and must be accompanied with photos of the damaged item (as well as the packaging). Once we receive this documentation, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Final Sale Items
Items that are not eligible for a refund or exchange are Final Stock Prints as well as Reclaimed and Redeemed Prints.
Lost in Transit
In the event that a package gets lost in transit, we'll ship out a replacement at no additional cost. To ensure the package is indeed lost, we will wait the following number of days from the date that your order was shipped:
US print orders - 2 weeks
Full frame orders - 30 days
International orders - 45 days
Wrong Address
God's fingerprints is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses that are incorrectly entered at check out. We will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address 🙏
